Triangle – Draw, label and color the 3 types of muscle tissue

Include the title “Muscular System” somewhere in the triangle.

Sides:

·     Explain the difference between voluntary and involuntary muscles.  Give examples of each.

·          Explain why tendons are important to muscles.  What would happen if the Achilles tendon (the one that connects your heel to your calf was torn?

·          Why do your muscles work in pairs?  What would happen if they didn’t?
